You, as a member of the Medieval Society committee, were to ask him to reprint his article. Please write your final version of this formal letter so that everyone on the course can read it. Dear Sir,
I am a member of the medieval society committee, writing to express my disapproval with reference to your article “Middle age crisis”.
In the article it was stated by you that the attendance was poor, while that might be true, we believe it was a result of the lack of parking space, rather than that of people’s disinterest.
Furthermore, it was inaccurately express by you that you found the standard of both the archery and the dancing rather low. However, we have received numerous emails from people expressing both their and their children’s likings of our displays.
Finally, the small numbers of demonstrations of traditional cookery and craft skills were due to nothing more than a shortage of space. However, the people who visited have expressed their appreciation in various emails to us and took no notice of the relatively few numbers of demonstrations.
Over all we are under the impression that most people sincerely enjoyed their visit to this year’s medieval fair. There for it would be appreciated it you wrote a new article that would do more justice to the event, in contrast to your earlier articled that was somewhat deeming.
Yours faithfully,
Jane Doe

Dear Sir,
My name is Anna Wojdylo and I am a member of the committee of the Black knight medieval sociey. I am writing with regard to your article "Middle Age Crises" published on the 20th of October, in which it was stated by you that the overall opinion of the fait was negatie. On behalf of the committee, I would like to draw attention to the number of e-mails we have received after last Sunday's fair.
In the letters, our guests expressed their appreciation of the entertainment. Furthermore, I should also like to point out that the lack of attendance was due to the fact that sufficient parking space was not avaible. As a result of this, a number of families coult not share the joy the fair provided, consequently they were very upset.
In ypur article it was written that the archery display was tedious, whereas we were told that numerous children appreciated the exhibition. As a result of our shortage of room, we were not able to offer a larga variation of traditional cockery and craft skills.
Therefore, we, the committee, would like you to consider the possibility of a redraft of your article to make it more truthful. This rewrite should preferable be published in next week's edition.
Yours faithfully
Anna Wojdoly
Member of the Black night medieval society
Dear Sir,
My name is Amy James and I am a member of the Black Knight medieval committee. I am contacting you with reference to the article you wrote last Sunday concerning our medieval fair. On behalf of the committee I would like to draw your attention to certain inaccuracies in your article.
Firstly, I would like to point out that you inaccurately described the attendance to this years' fair. The reason for the poor attendance in comparison to previous years' was not the committees incapability of attracting the public to the fair, rather the lack of parking space.
Furthermore, I would like to express my disappointment in your description of the visitors' criticisms towards the fair's events such as the archery range and medieval dancing display, the committee received e-mails which declared appreciation towards these events.
Moreover, according to you, numerous visitors commented on the small number of demonstrations of traditional cookery and craft skills. This was again a direct result of the lack of space at this particular event.
In conclusion, we would greatly recommend and welcome a more accurate review of our event with which we have worked diligently to arrange.
Yours faithfully,
Amy James

Dear Sir,
I am writing to you with reference to the article about the middle age fair written by you. My name is Anna Wojolylo and I am a member of the Medieval Society that recently organized the Mediveal Fair.
Firstly, I would like to say that we were not pleased with how the event was presented in your article. It was suggested by you that the attendance was poor. Which, according to our sources, is incorrect. In fact it was so crowded that there was a lack of parking space.
Furthermore, you wrote that the archery display was rather tedious, but it was greatly enjoyed by the children.
We have also received emails commenting on the high standard of dancing which was presented as an unimpressive performance by your article.
Finally, your complaining about the small number of demonstrations of traditional cookery and craft skills depended on the lack of space, which will be improved by us in the future.
We hope that these facts will be taken under consideration and that the article could be rewritten by you, if not, we will have no other option than contacting a lawyer.
Yours faithfully
Anna Wojolylo
